About me
I have always known there was more. I grew up an athlete, driven by discipline and a refusal to be average, and by 18 I was already closing high-ticket coaching clients. I later built a business helping women find their confidence, but the truth is that sales was always the real engine behind it.
Then came the hardest chapter of my life. I survived an abusive relationship, and when I got out I trained one to one with Berkshire Women’s Aid in the psychology of manipulation and coercive control, becoming obsessed with how the mind works under pressure.
Years later, standing in a courtroom, I recognised the exact sales psychology being used to unsettle me, and instead of breaking I stayed completely calm and rooted in my truth. That moment crystallised everything: psychology and sales had not only built my income, they had kept me standing.
Today I run Project HERD, teaching people how to make 5-10k a month remotely through high-ticket sales, grounded in self-worth, conviction and the truth of who they already are.
