PROJECT HERD PLAYBOOK — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Supplier: The Power Project FZE (Free Zone), trading as Project HERd.
Licensed Location: Sharjah Research and Technology Innovation Park Free Zone, UAE.
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to the sale of the Project HERd Playbook (the “Product”) via [PROJECTHERD.COM] to consumers inside and outside of the UAE.
1.2 The contract is considered concluded electronically under UAE Federal Decree‑Law No. 46/2021
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICE TRANSPARENCY
2.1 The Product price is clearly stated at checkout in AED or USD. VAT (5%) will be applied if applicable.
2.2 Full details of what the Product includes—modules, bonuses, delivery format, and price—are clearly described before purchase.
2.3 No misleading or hidden charges are applied.
2.4 The Power Project FZE (project HERd) does NOT guarantee results of any kind. The digital product is purely information and does not replace any other form of education, nor does it guarantee any kind of outcome.
3. PAYMENT & DELIVERY
3.1 Payment is processed via secure, PCI-compliant gateways.
3.2 Once payment is confirmed, a dated invoice is issued— in at least English—containing trade name, address, product name, price, and VAT amount.
3.3 Instant access is granted electronically through Kajabi upon payment.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCT, REFUNDS & RETURNS
4.1 As a digital, instant-access product, the Product is non‑returnable and non‑refundable once delivered.
4.2 There is no obligation or harmful term that allows unilateral cancellation after delivery—though limited refunds may be granted at project HERd’s discretion in line with consumer rights.
4.3 No chargebacks or return clauses override the non‑refund policy once access is granted.
5. CONSUMER RIGHTS & FAIR PRACTICES
5.1 You have the right to clear information, safe purchase, and accurate advertising
5.2 If the Product does not match its description, you are entitled to seek complaint resolution. Provide details, and we will respond within 14 days.
5.3 Complaints resolution can escalate to UAE Consumer Protection authorities if unsatisfied.
6. DATA PRIVACY & MARKETING
6.1 Personal data is collected solely to fulfil orders and deliverable access.
6.2 We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing with your identity/face/name unless you expressly opt-in, in compliance with UAE data privacy laws. We may use messages, screenshots, proof of results anonymously if you do not wish to be shared publicly.
7. NO HARMFUL TERMS
7.1 We do not reserve the right to unilaterally amend contract terms or cancel access without consent.
7.2 All consumer protection obligations are upheld—no unfair limitation of liability, compensation, or unilateral termination clauses.
8. LIABILITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 The Product and its contents remain the intellectual property of Project HERd™.
8.2 You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the Product. Unauthorized use may result in legal action under UAE copyright law.
8.3 We limit liability to the purchase price for any claim or loss related to the Product.
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 These Terms are governed by UAE laws, including GDPR-style provisions applicable locally.
9.2 For any disputes, you may seek mediation in Dubai or follow Consumer Protection procedures. Arbitration may be used if mutually agreed.
